Goal Institute for Training and Consultancy (GIT Consultancy) is a Consultancy, research and Training firm established by group of professional experts in the area of institutional and organizational Development in September 2011. GIT Consultancy’s headquarter is located in-Somalia. GIT Consultancy is dedicated to offering high-quality research services in the most complex and logistically challenging environments across Somalia. GIT Consultancy specialized in monitoring and Evaluation, research, organizational development, institutional capacity development and business advisory.

GIT Consultancy engages in qualitative and quantitative data collection by organizing focus group discussions, conducting in-depth interviews and household surveys. GIT Consultancy has experience in the areas of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). We have conducted numerous large-scale quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-mode research projects in Somalia.

GIT Consultancy has the capacity and experience in conducting large scale research studies in multiple governorates in Somalia. GIT Consultancy has the capacity to execute the fieldwork through our full time experienced interviewers, supervisors and capable and experienced fieldwork managers.

Our Qualifications

GIT Consultancy has successfully delivered numerous assignments for its client in the region since 2011. GIT Consultancy team has rich experience in project design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), technical assessments, livelihoods and market assessments, research training, training of farmers on good agricultural production practices (GAP), seed multiplication, agropastoral field school (APFS) and farmer field school (FFS) approaches and methodologies and organizational development among others. GIT Consultancy has delivered a number of technical trainings, assessments and project evaluations for a number of NGOs engaged in development and humanitarian interventions in the region.
